Founder & Managing Partner

Veeral Majmudar founded AVRM Capital to deploy long-term, conviction-driven capital across the sectors he knows best — technology, government contracting, real estate, and emerging markets including healthcare and food & beverage. AVRM reflects his belief that patient, principled capital, guided by deep operating experience, creates enduring value across asset classes.

With over 20 years of experience spanning technology, government consulting, and real estate, Veeral has built and invested in businesses at every stage — from early-stage tech startups and real estate development firms to restaurants and consumer brands. His track record has been recognized by Inc. 5000, Washington Technology, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and Consulting Magazine, among others.

Beyond investing, Veeral is an active civic leader and supporter of organizations including Food for Others, Girls on the Run, and Toys for Tots. An engaged alumnus of Georgetown University, he serves on the McDonough School of Business Alumni Advisory Board and helped launch its entrepreneurship program, where he also served as Entrepreneur in Residence. He holds a bachelor's degree from Birmingham-Southern College and an MBA from Georgetown University.
